Morning hands-on Cooking Class (Join-in) 9:00 - 15:00 (by availability)

  • 8:30 am meet your driver in the hotel lobby or at Whisper Journeys office and depart by private or join group vehicle to starting point at Tamarind Restaurant

  • Visit Phou Si market to observe and learn about the ingredients

  • Transfer to Tamarind cooking school

  • Learn and cook your own food

  • Enjoy your lunch

  • Transfer back to Luang Prabang





Evening hands-on Cooking Class (Join-in) 16:30 - 20:00 (by availability)

  • 16:00 meet your driver in the hotel lobby or at Whisper Journeys office and depart by private or join group vehicle to starting point at Tamarind Restaurant

  • Transfer to Tamarind cooking school

  • Learn and cook your own food

  • Enjoy your lunch

  • Transfer back to Luang Prabang

  • Itinerary is subject to change depending on flight availability, road and/or weather conditions and room availability.
  • Group of 10 persons and above will use separate vehicle in Luang Prabang due to UNESCO restrictions on large coaches entering downtown Luang Prabang.
  • Hotels listed above may not meet international star rating standards, especially in the remote areas where accommodation options are limited.
  • Room rates quoted above do not include compulsory fees for special events, peak season such as Christmas and New Year or Gala Dinners etc.
